Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it reaches you, ensuring it meets our high standards of workmanship.

Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your jewellery is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will inspect the item and, where appropriate, repair it at no cost.

Natural Gemstones

Every natural sapphire is unique. Natural inclusions, colour variations, and individual characteristics are part of the gemstone's formation and should not be considered defects. These natural features are what make every sapphire one of a kind.

Jewellery Care

Like all fine jewellery, regular wear may result in normal signs of use over time. White gold jewellery with rhodium plating may require periodic re-plating to maintain its bright white finish. Depending on how often the jewellery is worn, this is typically required every 1 to 5 years and is considered routine maintenance rather than a manufacturing defect.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our manufacturing warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Scratches, dents, or damage caused by accidental impact.

  • Bent or damaged claws resulting from external force or snagging.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

  • Loss of gemstones due to accidental damage or everyday wear.

  • Loss or theft of jewellery.

We recommend insuring your jewellery once you receive it, as valuable jewellery is best protected against accidental loss or damage.

Complimentary Inspection

To help keep your jewellery in excellent condition, we encourage you to have it inspected annually. We are pleased to offer a complimentary inspection to check the security of gemstone settings and the overall condition of your jewellery.
